These terms cover your use of Storesheet, a Google Sheets add-on that reads and writes Shopify product data on your instruction. Installing it means you accept them.
1. What you are getting
A licence to use the add-on. Not a transfer of ownership, and not exclusive. You may use it for your own stores and for stores you administer on a client's behalf.
2. Your side of it
- You are responsible for the Shopify credentials you connect and for keeping them to yourself.
- You are responsible for what you push. Storesheet writes what your spreadsheet says. Use Preview changes before a large push, and keep the undo record until you are satisfied.
- You will not use the add-on to break Shopify's or Google's terms, or any law that applies to you.
- You will not resell, sublicense or repackage the add-on itself.

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles tax. Prices are in US dollars. You may cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops.
4. Refunds
If Storesheet does not do what this site says it does, write within 30 days of your payment and you get your money back. There is no form to fill in.
5. Availability, and what can break it
Storesheet depends on Google Apps Script and on the Shopify Admin API. Both are operated by other companies and can change, rate-limit or go down. Shopify issues a new API version every three months and supports each one for at least twelve. Storesheet is maintained to stay inside that window, but an outage or a breaking change on either side is outside our control.
6. No warranty
The add-on is provided "as is". It is tested, it verifies its own writes, and it keeps an undo record — but no software is free of defects, and none of that guarantees a particular result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim arising from your use of Storesheet is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or lost profit. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Suspension
Access may be suspended for non-payment, or for use that damages the service or another user. Where circumstances allow, you get notice first.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and material changes are announced on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the add-on after that means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. This does not remove any consumer protection you have in the country where you live.
